HMO conversion
An HMO is a type of rental property where three or more people from different households share communal areas such as a kitchen or bathroom. We ensure our HMOs meet regulations and licensing requirements to ensure that they meet standards of safety and living conditions. These regulations may include requirements for fire safety measures, minimum room sizes, and sanitation facilities, among others.
